1. Digital Delivery
As Booktkit operates as an online ticketing marketplace, all tickets are delivered digitally. Tickets are not shipped physically. Upon successful payment, your e-ticket is delivered via:
- Email, sent to the address provided at checkout.
- SMS, sent to the mobile number provided at checkout, where applicable.
- Your Booktkit account, under "My Bookings" / "My Tickets", where you can view or download tickets at any time.
2. Delivery Timelines
E-tickets are typically issued instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment verification or high traffic, delivery may take up to a few hours. If you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact our support team.
3. Ticket Format
Tickets are generally issued as a PDF, mobile-friendly e-ticket, or QR/barcode that can be scanned at the venue. The exact format depends on the requirements of the specific event and Organiser.
4. Entry Requirements
Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the booking, along with your e-ticket (printed or on a mobile device), unless the event page specifies otherwise. Entry may be denied by the venue or Organiser if these requirements are not met.
5. Incorrect or Missing Delivery
If you entered an incorrect email address or phone number at checkout, please contact our support team immediately with your payment reference so we can verify your booking and resend your ticket. Booktkit is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details provided by the User.
6. Ticket Validity and Duplication
Each ticket, QR code, or barcode is valid for single entry unless stated otherwise on the event page. Attempting to duplicate, forward, or resell tickets in violation of the Organiser's terms may result in denied entry.
