These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://booktkit.com (the "Platform"), operated by SourceCatch Konnect Pvt. Ltd. ("Booktkit", "we", "us", or "our"), a Private Limited Company incorporated in India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About the Platform
Booktkit is an online event discovery and ticket-booking marketplace operated by SourceCatch Konnect Pvt. Ltd. We help organisers list events and help customers discover and book tickets for concerts, workshops, sports, theatre, and other live experiences.
Booktkit acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting event organisers ("Organisers") with customers ("Users") who wish to discover and purchase tickets to events. Booktkit is not the organiser of any event listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases made through the Platform are subject to availability and the specific terms set by the relevant Organiser. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes and platform/convenience fees unless specified separately at checkout.
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS along with your e-ticket, in accordance with our Ticket Delivery Policy.
5. Payments
Payments on the Platform are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Booktkit does not store your full card or bank details. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our payment gateway partners in addition to these Terms.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, refunds, and event postponements/cancellations are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and Event Cancellation/Postponement Policy respectively. Refund eligibility and timelines may vary based on the specific event and Organiser terms communicated at the time of booking.
7. Organiser Responsibilities
Organisers listing events on the Platform are independently responsible for the accuracy of event information, delivery of the event as described, compliance with applicable laws, and honouring the terms disclosed to Users at the time of booking. Organisers must additionally agree to our Organiser Terms and Conditions.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Resell tickets purchased through the Platform except where explicitly permitted by the Organiser.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.
- Use automated means to access or scrape the Platform without prior written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the Booktkit name, logo, design, and software, is the property of SourceCatch Konnect Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booktkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from event cancellations, postponements, or Organiser conduct. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
